Creating and developing a system to manage organisational culture (organisational structure, study programmes, normative documents, etc.)

Programmes of organisational culture development may be either carried out by existing HR and PR departments or require a system of organisational culture management to be created. This process comprises defining the tasks of the department, functions of its staff, and training programmes.

To do this we:

  • Develop infrastructure (organisational design);
  • Prepare Orders (employee manuals);
  • Holding training seminars, programmes of further training for employees already engaged in organisational culture development.
